According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>As the \u201cInternational Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d approached, the head of Iran\u2019s Islamic Seminary in Qom, Ayatollah \u201cAlireza Arafi\u201d, accepted a group of organizers of this academic event.<\/p>\n

\nCondoling the mourning days for the martyrdom of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (a.s.), in the session Ayatollah Arafi, emphasized the importance of presenting magnificent scholarly works related to the life of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) and said, \u201cI appreciate and thank the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and those who are preparing for this blessed conference.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nAccording to Hawza News Agency, considering the cooperation for holding the conference of Abu Talib (a.s.) as a task, based on religion, Sharia, and Islam, the head of Iran\u2019s Islamic Seminary in Qom said, \u201cInvolvement in these issues should be considered from two perspectives: Minor, within the Shiites, and Major in Islamic Ummah in general.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\u201cDesigns should be aimed at consolidating beliefs, strengthening poems (of Hazrat Abu Talib), and responding to doubts about him, and the Secretariat of the conference should have a strategic, active, inclusive, and non-controversial approach.\u201d He said.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThis blessed conference should be a turning point for introducing the spiritual character of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) in the society,\u201d said a member of the Supreme Council of Seminaries, \u201cIt is a very blessed thing to take your words from the words of others. Cooperating with the slogan and elders and receiving various theories, will open the way of thinking and style of Abu Talib and reduce sensitivities.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\u201cHazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) was a symbol of a set of virtues and he has played a strategic role in historical moments\u201d, he stated, \u201cGiven that, the entire Muslim nation owes him.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWe need a comprehensive academic source for different levels of seminary, university, and the young generation. One of the results of the \u201cInternational Conference of Abu Talib (a.s.), the Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d should be a significant academic source for clerics, students, and youth.\u201d He said, pointing out the role of Abu Talib in the protection of the Prophet (p.b.u.h), and the shining of Islam.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cFamiliarizing the young generation of the seminary with Persian and Arabic poetry and literature is one of the important missions of the Poetry and Literature Association in seminaries.\u201d Pointing to the activation of the Poetry and Literature Association in seminaries, he stated, \u201cThe conference secretariat can benefit the capacity of the Association.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIt is possible to present the collection of outstanding contents (on Hazrat Abu Talib) in educational texts.\u201d Stated Ayatollah Arafi, emphasizing the utilization of the field of studies and academic orientations of the Islamic Seminary.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cToday, for various reasons, 200,000 university students have studied in 45 seminary disciplines at the universities. That is, as many clerics in the Islamic seminary as there are university graduates who have studied in common fields with the seminary. This can create a huge capacity for an audience community.\u201d He stated, emphasizing the high capacity of the education and university audience.<\/p>\n

\nIn another part of his speech, Ayatollah Arafi emphasized the importance of seminary dissertations, discourse-making, and their publication in seminaries.<\/p>\n

\nAt the beginning of the session, Deputy Secretary General and Deputy of Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Hujat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar, presented a report on the activities of the Assembly for holding the conference of Abu Talib (a.s.).<\/p>\n

\nIt should be mentioned that by the initiation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and support and cooperation of the similar institutions, including, \u201cImam Hossein (a.s.) Holy Shrine\u201d, \u201cHazrat Aboutaleb Research and Publishing Institute\u201d, \u201cThe World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought\u201d, \u201cIslamic Sciences and Culture Academy of Islamic Propagation Office\u201d, \u201cAl-Mustafa International University\u201d, \u201cHawza Language teaching center\u201d, \u201cInternational University of AhlulBayt (a.s.)\u201d, \u201cMirath-e Nabowat Cultural Institute\u201d, \u201cJamiat al-Zahra Seminary University\u201d, \u201cZorria al-Nabawia Research Center\u201d, \u201cQasem ibn al-Hassan (a.s.) Religious-Cultural Institute\u201d, and \u201cAbna al-Rasoul Cultural and Artistic Institute\u201d; international conference \u201cHazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d will be held on Rajab 25, 26 and 27, 1442 (March 9, 10 and 11, 2021) on the anniversary of the death of Abu Talib (a.s.).<\/p>\n

\nThe deadline for submitting academic works and articles to this conference has been extended until February 18, 2021.<\/p>\n
