According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>\u201cThe greatest persecution against him is the issue of his faith,\u201d said the chairman of the Supreme Council of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, in a meeting with the organizers of the International conference \u201cHazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d, referring to his oppression and the many historical oppressions he has been subjected to.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cAbu Talib\u2019s support for the Prophet (p.b.u.h) was not only due to his family relationship. Abu Talib believed in the Prophet (p.b.u.h) from the bottom of his heart, and this issue can be seen well and significantly in the poems of Hazrat Abu Talib. Expressive words and love of Hazrat Abu Talib to the Prophet (p.b.u.h) as well as the love that the Prophet (p.b.u.h) has for Abu Talib, is a sign of the faith of Hazrat Abu Talib. Because the Prophet (p.b.u.h) was \u201csevere\u201d towards the Kuffar (infidels) and \u201cmerciful\u201d towards the believers. From this effect, we understand the cause: The love of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) for him was a sign of Abu Talib (a.s.) faith,\u201d said Ayatollah Sayed Hashem Hosseini Bushehri.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cReligious scholars, Shiites, and seminaries have always been nervous about the oppression of Hazrat Abu Talib, but it is a divine grace to do deep and comprehensive work such as the work of the Abu Talib conference and to collect the views, articles, and works of many scholars in this way,\u201d he said, considering dealing with the character of Hazrat Abu Talib and removing the oppression from him as the divine grace.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWith the holding of this conference, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly has been promoted, and I think that this work should continue,\u201d emphasized Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri, According to the Hawza News Agency.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThe process is not enough to be positive. That is, ordering and collecting topics and subjects to present as books and articles. Rather, books and material written with a negative viewpoint should be collected too and their suspicions should be answered,\u201d the Friday Prayer Imam of Qom stated, in a recommendation to the organizers of the conference of Hazrat Abu Talib.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cProvide books that negatively deal with the character of Hazrat Abu Talib to those who are writers \u2013 and in other words: scholar \u2013 to give convincing answers to the claims made in them. We must not be content with just one dimension, but we must also have a documented response to the suspicions and statements made by others,\u201d added the secretary of the supreme council of Islamic Seminaries in Qom.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIn addition to his faith aspect, Abu Talib is a perfect role model for our revolution and the Axis of Resistance in dimensions that are appropriate to the current conditions of our society – such as the dimension of resistance, political issues, and economic issues. Three years of siege in She\u2019b (Valley) of Abi Talib (during the boycott of Quraysh against Bani Hashem, Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) and his followers) is a move similar to our revolution against the enemies. From the point of view that he was with the Prophet (p.b.u.h) in the She\u2019b (Valley) of Abi Talib for three years, his resistance is a model for the revolution and our people, who resisted against Kufr (infidelity),\u201d stated Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri referring to other aspects of Hazrat Abu Talib\u2019s personality and calling him as the manifestation of faith.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIn those difficult circumstances, Hazrat Abu Talib was the embodiment of faith, and in some cases, he had to do Taqiya (hiding the real belief) like the Companions of the Cave (Seven Sleepers). He did not express his faith in order to prevent the defense of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) from being merely a defense of his relatives,\u201d added the lecturer of the higher levels of seminary teaching in Qom.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThe activities of the secretariat of the conference should be continuous and should not be narrowed in a single conference. You have opened a window through which you can identify other scholars. The conference itself – especially internationally – will create a movement, and after that, you will see that it has been very well received. Therefore, your activities must continue,\u201d said Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri, emphasizing the continuation of the programs of the secretariat of the conference of Hazrat Abu Talib.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThere is another prominent figure whose oppression has long been about to be removed, and she is \u201cHazrat Khadijeh\u201d (Prophet Muhammad\u2019s honorable wife). Dealing with prominent figures such as Hazrat Khadijeh and Hazrat Abu Talib is a great service that God will reward them,\u201d concluded the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom at the end of the meeting, appreciating the organizers of the conference of Hazrat Abu Talib.<\/p>\n


\nHolding about 30 Academic Pre-Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the beginning, Deputy of Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and the secretary of the International Conference, \u201cHazrat Abu Talib, the Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d Hojat al-Islam \u201cAhmadi Tabar\u201d, presenting a report on the activities for the Conference said, \u201cIn order to collect the articles and works of the scholars of the Islamic world, contacts were established with the scholars of the Arab countries, the Indian subcontinent, Africa and even the Sufi and Salafi scholars, and very good articles have been collected.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\u201cAbout 30 academic pre-conferences in different seminaries and universities in the provinces of Tehran, Qom, Isfahan, Markazi, Yazd, Khorasan, etc. have been held so far,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\nIt should be mentioned that by the initiation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and support and cooperation of the similar institutions, including, \u201cImam Hossein (a.s.) Holy Shrine\u201d, \u201cHazrat Aboutaleb Research and Publishing Institute\u201d, \u201cThe World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought\u201d, \u201cIslamic Sciences and Culture Academy of Islamic Propagation Office\u201d, \u201cAl-Mustafa International University\u201d, \u201cHawza Language teaching center\u201d, \u201cInternational University of AhlulBayt (a.s.)\u201d, \u201cMirath-e Nabowat Cultural Institute\u201d, \u201cJamiat al-Zahra Seminary University\u201d, \u201cZorria al-Nabawia Research Center\u201d, \u201cQasem ibn al-Hassan (a.s.) Religious-Cultural Institute\u201d, and \u201cAbna al-Rasoul Cultural and Artistic Institute\u201d; international conference \u201cHazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d will be held on Rajab 25, 26 and 27, 1442 (Mrch 9, 10 and 11, 2021) on the anniversary of the death of Abu Talib (a.s.).<\/p>\n

\nThe deadline for submitting academic works and articles to this conference has been extended until February 18, 2021.<\/p>\n
