According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>41st<\/sup> pre-conference of the International Conference \u201cHazrat Abu Talib, Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d was held on Saturday morning March 6, 2021, virtually and in-person in Qom. The session was organized by Zorria al-Nabawia Research Institute and \u201cResearch Institute on Proximity\u201d of \u201cThe World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought\u201d and was held in the form of Webinar \u201cThe role of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) and the Talebian from the point of view of Allameh Sayed Mohammad Mahdi Kharsan\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nReferring to Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), Hojat al-Islam \u201cMohammad A\u2019rafi\u201d a researcher in religious studies as the fifth speaker at the meeting stated, \u201cWe are indebted to Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), for all the values and achievements we have. But unfortunately, with the instincts and propaganda of the enemies, the most terrible slander, which is Sherk (polytheism) and lack of faith, has been leveled at Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.). This slander was initially by the enemies, but then some Muslims, influenced by the propaganda of the enemies, accompanied in this regard.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIt is difficult to talk about the holy position of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.). Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) had a great contribution in supporting Islam and the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h). He was the friend and companion of the Prophet in many parts of his life. It is our duty to defend Hazrat Abu Talib. A number of scholars started working in this direction and wrote works. For example, \u201cZaini Dahlan\u201d, one of the Sunni scholars, wrote a book in defense of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), the great of Bani Hashim, entitled \u201cAsna al-Matalib fi Najat Abi Talib\u201d,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI wrote an article in defense of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) with the help of Professor Sayed Monzar Hakim at the Al-Zoria Al-Nabawiya Research Institute. This article includes two translations into modern Persian prose of the book \u201cAsni al-Matalib fi Najat Abi Talib\u201d by Zaini Dahlan and the introduction of the late Saqaf, one of Shafi\u2019i scholars, on this book. The feature of this article is a bold study of the poems of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), especially Lamia ode, which is in defense of Islam and the Prophet (p.b.u.h), and also deals with the reasons for the faith of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) in terms of two denominations, Shiite and Sunni,\u201d A\u2019rafi added.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cAllame Kharsan worked hard and the result of these efforts can be seen in the valuable book \u201cMuntaqala al-Talibiya\u201d,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n

\nIt should be mentioned that by the initiation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and support and cooperation of the similar institutions, including, \u201cImam Hossein (a.s.) Holy Shrine\u201d, \u201cHazrat Aboutaleb Research and Publishing Institute\u201d, \u201cThe World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought\u201d, \u201cIslamic Sciences and Culture Academy of Islamic Propagation Office\u201d, \u201cAl-Mustafa International University\u201d, \u201cHawza Language teaching center\u201d, \u201cInternational University of AhlulBayt (a.s.)\u201d, \u201cMirath-e Nabowat Cultural Institute\u201d, \u201cJamiat al-Zahra Seminary University\u201d, \u201cZorria al-Nabawia Research Center\u201d, \u201cQasem ibn al-Hassan (a.s.) Religious-Cultural Institute\u201d, and \u201cAbna al-Rasoul Cultural and Artistic Institute\u201d; international conference \u201cHazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d will be held on Rajab 25, 26 and 27, 1442 (Mrch 9, 10 and 11, 2021) on the anniversary of the death of Abu Talib (a.s.).<\/p>\n

\nThe deadline for submitting academic works and articles to this conference has been extended until February 18, 2021.<\/p>\n
