According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>On Saturday, April 3, 2021, by attending the “Mesbah” program of IRIB Quran TV, Deputy Secretary-General and Deputy of Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Hojat al-Islam \u201cAhmad Ahmadi Tabar\u201d explained the activities of the conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (AS); The supporter of the Prophet (p.b.u.h).<\/p>\n

At the beginning of the program, congratulating the viewers on the New Persian Year, Hojat al-Islam Ahmad Ahmadi Tabar wished a blessed year for all and prayed for solving the problems of human society and the Covid-19 disaster, which has gripped the world.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of his speech, referring to the history, structure, Supreme Council, General Assembly, and activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, he introduced the dissemination of the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), the intellectual and cultural promotion of the followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), and the effort to solve the problems of the Shiites of the world through international organizations as the missions of the Assembly.<\/p>\n

According to him, translating and publishing more than 2,000 books in 60 living languages of the world, establishing ABNA News Agency and its activities in 25 languages to provide media support to the followers of AhlulBayt (a.s.) worldwide, holding scientific conferences, and various other cultural activities, are among the actions of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly to achieve the goals.<\/p>\n


\nExplanation on the activities of the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the Umayyads came to power, they did not allow this figure to be properly introduced. After the Umayyads, the Abbasids, due to a series of hostilities, prevented the proper introduction of this character,\u201d said the secretary of the \u201cInternational Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d in describing the activities of the conference, emphasizing that Hazrat Abu Talib is one of the most oppressed figures in the history of Islam.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a result of the propaganda of these enemies, in the late second Hijri century and early third Hijri century onwards, nonsense about Abu Talib (a.s.) was raised. While Hazrat Abu Talib is a great figure and in many ways can be a role model for human society,\u201d Ahmadi Tabar clarified.<\/p>\n

\u201cPart of the Jewish people had many conspiracies to prevent the birth of the prophet of the End of Time. Hashem, the ancestor of the Prophet (p.b.u.h), was poisoned in Palestine and died in Gaza, and his grave is in Gaza. They (Jews) desperately wanted the Prophet (p.b.u.h) not to be born. When the Prophet was born, all the attention of Hazrat Abd al-Muttalib, his grandfather, was on the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h),\u201d stated the Deputy of Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly on the conspiracies of the Jewish people against the Prophet (p.b.u.h) and the role of Abd al-Muttalib (a.s.) and Abu Talib (a.s.) in protecting him.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the time of his death, Hazrat Abd al-Muttalib (a.s.) had a detailed will and chose Abu Talib as his successor. While Hazrat Abu Talib (p.b.u.h) was not his eldest son and he did not have wealth and abundance. But at the same time, he was wise, manager, mastermind, and planner. Two-thirds of the will of Hazrat Abd al-Muttalib (a.s.) is related to the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h). Because the conspiracies of the Jews against the Prophet (p.b.u.h) will be thwarted, and it will not work. Therefore, Hazrat Abu Talib did not go on business trips for about three to four years until famine and problems arose. From then on, he takes the Prophet (p.b.u.h) with him on business trips,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) was chosen as the Prophet (by God), we see all of his moments and the moments of Islam with Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.). Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) manages all cases in the best way and supports the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) and overcomes hardships and is seriously present everywhere. He has unique relationships, management, and diplomacy that can be seen as a model in this regard,\u201d the Deputy Secretary-General and Deputy of Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated regarding the support of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) for the Prophet (p.b.u.h).<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the Muslims were under pressure and hardship, Hazrat Abu Talib, with his connections the king of Abyssinia, sent a group of Muslims there under the leadership of his son, Ja\u2019far ibn Abi Talib. In all the conspiracies of the enemies of Islam, and in all currents, Abu Talib is the model of resistance and the anonymous commander of Islam. In Islam, there are many anonymous soldiers. But there is no anonymous commander like Hazrat Abu Talib; The one who managed all the issues and political, economic, and social constraints that the Moshrekin (polytheists) brought to the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) and the Muslims in the best way, and defended the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) comprehensively. In all these respects, Hazrat Abu Talib (p.b.u.h) is a role model,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen Abu Talib (p.b.u.h) dies, the Prophet (p.b.u.h) is told \u201cleave Mecca!\u201d meaning \u201cMecca is no longer your place because you no longer have a supporter\u201d,\u201d Ahmadi Tabar added, saying that Sheikh Al-Bat\u2019ha is one of the figures whom the history has told all of his events.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) was held to introduce the various dimensions of Hazrat Abu Talib. One of the conference committees was the \u201cCommittee of Resistance\u201d. In this committee, all resistance groups participated and discussed the dimensions of the resistance of Hazrat Abu Talib. In this conference, other dimensions of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) such as literary dimensions and his poems were also examined. Infallible Imams (a.s.) advise us to read the poems of Abu Talib, learn and teach them to our children. All the high knowledge can be seen in the poems of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.),\u201d he said, explaining the activities of the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.).<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the preparations for holding the conference of Abu Talib (a.s.) began and it was decided to hold this conference, with the view that it will be international and the organizer will be the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, we went to all Muslims (from different denominations) so that we could include everyone in the conference. Shiites attended the conference with many articles. We went to different religions and sects of Sunnis, Sufis, and Salafis. Major Sunni scholars from Al-Azhar University in Egypt attended the conference. One of the elders of the Sunnis of Syria, Sheikh \u201cMahmoud Akam\u201d, the Mufti of Aleppo, in an article, rejected the theory that Abu Talib did not believe (in Islam) and was a Moshrek (polytheist) and such slanders. The translation of the title of his article is: \u201cO you who believe! Abu Talib was a believer, and whoever doubts this, it is his fault\u201d,\u201d added the Deputy Secretary-General and Deputy of Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn addition to the Twelver Shiites and Sunnis, followers of other Shiite sects \u2013 including the Zaydis, Ismailis (Bohras and Aga Khanis), and Alawites \u2013 also attended the conference and submitted good articles. Even the Druze scholars, who often do not get involved in these issues, wrote articles. The Ibadis of Oman were also present at the conference. Everyone presented glorious works about Hazrat Abu Talib. The conference articles are collected in approximately 10 books and the books and articles of the conference have a total of about 30 volumes. We unveiled some of the works at the ending ceremony of the conference and some work needs to be done about other parts,\u201d stated the professor of the seminary and the university.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe felt that in order for these issues to last, we also had to turn to art. Therefore, artistic activities were also held on the sidelines of the conference. The result of it was very glorious and good works. For example, prominent calligraphers gathered in the shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (a.s.) in a ceremony and created beautiful calligraphic paintings about Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.). Or a poetry reading program about Hazrat Abu Talib called \u201cMysterious Rite – Commemoration of Hazrat Abu Talib\u201d was held in which poets from Iran and different countries recited their poems in this ceremony. The Children and Adolescents Festival of the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) was also held and more than 1000 works were sent to the Secretariat. An art and media festival about Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) was held and more than 120 works came to this festival,\u201d said Ahmadi Tabar, regarding the activities carried out on the sidelines of the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.).<\/p>\n

At the end of the \u201cMesbah\u201d program, the host asked Mr. Ahmadi Tabar, \u201cHow can people, experts, and scholars get access to the outcome of your conference?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHazrat Abu Talib Conference has a website in which all the works are uploaded. In addition, a series of works related to Abu Talib have been done in the Wiki Shia, which is available in this encyclopedia. There is also a digital library where conference proceedings will be uploaded,\u201d the secretariat of the conference replied.<\/p>\n

\u201cA good package has been prepared about the works of the conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), which has been provided to some members of the media. As they announced that they have information about Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) to be published for 10 years,\u201d he emphasized.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a discussion about the \u201cSahaba al-Abrar\u201d (Good Companions) that should be followed up. For example, Hazrat Hamza Sayed al-Shuhada (a.s.) is one of the oppressed figures of history. Or the character of Hazrat Khadija (a.s.) has not been examined as she deserves as \u201cUmm Al-Mu\u2019minin\u201d (mother of the believers). In the future, the likes of these oppressed figures will be addressed in the framework of the \u201cSahaba al-Abrar\u201d,\u201d Ahmadi Tabar concluded in the end, about the future conferences of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

It should be mentioned that by the initiation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and support and cooperation of the similar institutions, including, \u201cImam Hossein (a.s.)
