According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>With the speech of the President of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, the unveiling ceremony of the software of the collection of works of Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Mahdavi Al-Musawi Al-Kharsan was held Sunday morning, October 17, 2021, in the conference hall of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Qom.<\/p>\n

In this ceremony, Ayatollah Sayed Hashem Hosseini Bushehri stated, \u201cHonoring and glorifying the jurist, researcher, editor, author and figure who has dedicated his whole life in the service of the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.) deserves appreciation. I appreciate all the institutions, and executive and scientific officials in Iran and Iraq for holding the ceremony and conference of Ayatollah Al-Kharsan.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis series of meetings is held to honor a scholar who is at the level of the Shiite and AhlulBayt (a.s.) schools. Ayatollah Al-Kharsan is considered as one of the companions of the Imams (a.s.), such as Muhammad ibn Muslim and Zararah, and the students of Imam Sadeq (a.s.). He shines like the sun and people benefit from his light,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cAccording to a hadith from the Prophet (p.b.u.h), \u201cWhoever honors a scholar has honored me, and whoever honors me has honored the Almighty God.\u201d Therefore, holding such meetings is an example of honoring God. Or another hadith reads, \u201cOn the Day of Resurrection, prominent Shiite scholars will receive gifts and rewards from God, and they will be well received and glorified.\u201d Praise and respect for scholars is done according to the amount of their knowledge, and the extent to which they have guided other people. That is, the more a scholar understands and masters the principles of Shiite jurisprudence and hadiths, the more he will be honored,\u201d stated the President of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom.<\/p>\n

\u201cAccording to the memoirs of Hojjat al-Islam Hassoun, when a person sits next to Ayatollah al-Khursan, he feels that he is next to a mobile library. It is not possible to name a book, and he is not aware of the features of the book and the author\u2019s biography. Such figures are rare in our time,\u201d he stated, expressing the characteristics of Ayatollah Kharsan.<\/p>\n

\u201cAyatollah Kharsan has an ascetic life. He is a humble man, and no scientific hubris has come to him as if he has no scientific activity. He has no claim. In addition to the jihad of the soul, he is also very active in the field of scientific and cultural jihad,\u201d continued he professor of higher levels of Islamic seminaries.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Al-Kharsan family is one of the most respected figures in Iraq and Najaf,\u201d he said, \u201cAyatollah Al-Kharsan has been respected by his professors for mastering the knowledges related to the AhlulBayt (a.s.).\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has 29 edited works, 23 authored works, and 13 unpublished treatises. Also, some of Ayatollah Kharsan\u2019s scientific works have been destroyed due to various events in Iraq,\u201d said Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri, on the scientific works of Ayatollah Al-Kharsan.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn addition to publishing works, it is worthwhile to introduce the method, manners, character and personality of Ayatollah Kharsan and provide it to scholars, to be a model for the future of Najaf and Qom seminaries,\u201d he said, addressing the scientific and executive officials of Ayatollah Al-Kharsan Seminar.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the age of 93, Ayatollah Al-Kharsan is still writing and researching, and this teaches us thousands of lessons,\u201d concluded the President of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom.<\/p>\n

Young clergies should follow the lifestyle of Ayatollah Al-Kharsan: Eskandari<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the meeting, explaining the conference, the Secretary of the Scientific Conference of \u201cUmana al-Rosol\u201d (Trustees of the Prophet) stated, \u201cAt the beginning, we identified the works, books and articles of Ayatollah Al-Kharsan. After collecting, we were looking to make a software. Because the researchers were interested in using the software of Ayatollah Kharsan\u2019s works, the software was produced before the conference, and will be unveiled at the event.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are also preparing a collection of works by Ayatollah Al-Kharsan to be used in libraries. We are trying to get this collection ready for distribution before the conference,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are trying to publish a book by conducting scientific interviews with people who were acquainted with Ayatollah Kharsan, so that his research method and lifestyle will be available to the seminarians. Therefore, we are compiling his research and lifestyle to be a model for young clergies,\u201d said Hojat al-Islam Reza Eskandari, emphasizing the need for young clergies to follow the lifestyle of Ayatollah Kharsan.<\/p>\n

As the last speaker of the ceremony, Hojat al-Islam Dr. Bahrami, the director of the Computer Research Center of Islamic Sciences (Noor), presented a report on this software and other activities of his center.<\/p>\n

At the end of the ceremony, in the presence of a group of officials – including Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar, Deputy for the Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the software \u201cCollection of works of Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Mehdi Al-Musawi Al-Khorsan\u201d was unveiled.<\/p>\n
