According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>The international webinar \u201cMartyr Qasem Soleimani, role model for Islamic world in fight against arrogance, extremism\u201d was held on Sunday, January 2, 2022, from 6 to 8 pm, by the Secretariat of the World Conference \u201cCountering Extremism and Takfiriism\u201d, in cooperation with the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly with the presence of thinkers and scholars of the Islamic world.<\/p>\n

In this webinar, Sheikh Maher Hammoud, Secretary-General of the Union of Resistance Ulama from Lebanon, stated, \u201cThe martyred commander, General Qassem Soleimani, heard the Quranic call. Palestine was in his heart and in his eyes. Palestine was on the list of the daily tasks of this martyr.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAt this point, one who is truthful will prioritize Palestine in his daily tasks. To those who prays in the Islamic Ummah, claims to be religious, adheres to the rules of Islam, helps the oppressed, but is indifferent to the Palestinian cause, we say that they are either wrong, or suspect, or have distorted Islam\u2019s Sharia,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe necessity of this point in the history is that we should all support Quds, just as Martyr Soleimani did. The conflicts in Quds are the sum of all the conflicts, including the conflict between the arrogant and the oppressed and the conflict between the colonizer and the colonized. In short, it is the conflict between all the right fronts against all the wrong fronts. All falsehood is behind the Zionist regime, and they want countries to compromise with this it,\u201d added the Secretary-General of the Union of Resistance Ulama.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Islamic Ummah will never forget Martyr Soleimani. He put the Palestinian cause at the top of his agenda and did not give in to American pressure. He rejected all bargaining over Palestine. The Islamic Ummah will not forget the martyrs of the Hashd Al-Shabi, especially Abu Mahdi al-Mohandes,\u201d Sheikh Maher Hammoud stated, referring to the memory of Martyr Soleimani in the Islamic Ummah.<\/p>\n

\u201cGod has promised us the annihilation of the Zionist regime, and the return of the Palestinian people to their land. Whoever follows this path has immortalized his name in the history of the Islamic Ummah,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cTwo years have passed since the martyrdom of General Soleimani, and we will bever forget him. He was a commander who defended the Palestinian cause and resisted all challenges.
