ABWA Official Website –<\/strong> On the Thursday morning, November 24, 2022, at the International Conference Umana Al-Rosol (Trustees of the Messengers) in Qom, Ayatollah Najm Al-Din Tabasi, the professor of higher levels of the seminary stated, \u201cDuring my trip to Najaf Ashraf, I often meet Allamah Al-Khursan and benefit from his presence.\u201d<\/p>\n

About the works of Allameh Al-Khersan, he said, \u201cHe has a book called \u201cEncyclopedia of Ibn Abbas\u201d in which he defended Ibn Abbas\u2019s trustworthiness (in narrating hadith). Ayatollah Khoei also defends Ibn Abbas in Mujam of Rijal (Encyclopedia of the Hadith Narrators) and considers him authentic. Ibn Abbas is a valuable character, but unfortunately, he has been confiscated (by the enemies). He is a supporter of Wilayat, and of his 72 debates, 70 are in defense of Imam Ali (a.s.). At that time, the atmosphere was such that the hadiths narrated by Imam Ali (a.s.) were not accepted (by some people). Therefore, Imam Ali (a.s.) used to give the hadiths of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) to Ibn Abbas, and Ibn Abbas would narrate them with the mention of \u201cAccording to the Prophet\u201d by omitting the source (Imam Ali).\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the masterpieces Allameh Al-Khersan, is his strong defense of Ibn Abbas, and introducing him as Thiqa (Trustworthy in narrating Hadiths),\u201d stated the professor of higher levels of the seminary.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe story of the authoring of the book \u201cAli, Imam of the Virtuous\u201d is that Ayatollah Khoei got sick and vowed that if he recovers from illness, he will compose poems on the virtues of Imam Ali (a.s.). After he recovered, he composed 166 verses on the virtues of Imam Ali (a.s.). Allamah Al-Khersan said that Ayatollah Khoei gave him those poems and asked him to prepare the poem for publication. Ayatollah Khoei was constantly pursuing the publication of the poem. But he passed away and the book published by explanations of the Ayatollah Al-Khersan\u201d he said, about another work of Allameh Al-Khersan.<\/p>\n

\u201c18 books of Allameh Al-Khersan\u2019s books are research. He has written a good introduction to the book \u201cAl-Bayan Fi Akhbar Sahib Al-Zaman\u201d which is unique. The author of the mentioned book was a Shafi’i Sunni. This book is one of the few Sunni books that the author specifies about the birth of Imam Mahdi (a.s.). Therefore, the author was assassinated! Allameh Al-Khersan also republished the book \u201cMakaram al-Akhlaq\u201d. Because the impure hands had altered or deleted the hadiths of Imams (a.s.) in this book. Allameh Al-Khersan scrutinized what phrases were omitted or distorted from this book and mentioned them all in several tables,\u201d Tabasi added.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom Allameh Al-Khersan\u2019s point of view, books should be written based on reasoning and science,\u201d said the professor of higher levels of the seminary at the end.<\/p>\n

It worth mentioning that the Najaf section of the \u201c1st<\/sup> Conference of the Umana al-Rosol (Trustees of the Messengers): Commemoration of the Grand Ayatollah Sayed Muhammad Mahdi Al-Musawi Al-Khersan\u201d with research meetings was held in the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (a.s.). The closing ceremony of this section was also held on the Tuesday evening, October 18, 2022, in the conference hall of Lady Fatimah Zahra (a.s.), and the authors of the selected articles and a number of organizers of the conference were appreciated.<\/p>\n
