World Assembly.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"https:\/\/ahlulbaytworldassembly.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/0158db0c-ff98-4baf-8533-8963ec4d2f93.jpg\" alt=\"0158db0c-ff98-4baf-8533-8963ec4d2f93.jpg\" width=\"720\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\">The book was translated into French by Julien Aplisier, (aka Yasin), in a single volume and 217 pages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\">This work provides jurisprudential solutions and guidelines for usury-free banking. The topics of this book are presented in two chapters and an appendix.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\">In the first chapter, which is dedicated to the explanation of the author\u2019s proposed plan regarding the regulation of bank relations with depositors and borrowers, the author has divided deposits into transaction and fixed. Then, by stating the regulation of bank relations in the field of fixed deposits, he has stated the nature of Mudarabah in Islamic jurisprudence.
