ABWA Official Website \u2013 The book \u201cThe Lights of the Welayat\u201d by Ayatollah Subhani, translated and published in French by the Publication House of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly. This book is an analytical overview of the life history of Imam Ali (a.s.).<\/p>\n

According to the writer, the life of that venerable Imam can be divided into five significant periods: \u201cfrom birth to the Mab\u2019ath of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), \u201cfrom Mab\u2019ath to Hijrah,\u201d \u201cfrom the Hijrah to the demise of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), \u201cfrom the demise of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) to the Caliphate,\u201d and finally \u201cfrom Caliphate to Martyrdom.\u201d<\/p>\n

The main concern of the author in this book is to study the important events of the life of that noble Imam.<\/p>\n

The 5th<\/sup> and 6th<\/sup> chapters, which are the main chapters of the book, are dedicated to explaining the causes and factors of the events during the caliphate of Imam Ali (a.s.), including the fight against seditions, opposition social movements, the establishment of the Umayyad dynasty, wars, confrontations with some rebellious companions, governance, and Imam\u2019s martyrdom.<\/p>\n

The book \u201cThe Lights of the Welayat\u201d by Ayatollah Subhani, was translated by Vincent Binsi Ali into French, and the Publications House of the Assembly has published it in a single volume and 817 pages in medium octavo size.<\/p>\n
