Second, Imamiyah Shia believes in the scientific and political Marjaiat of the Imams based on the Quranic verses and historical documents. Third, Immaculate Imams (a.s.) have always tried to promote this belief and educate students, as well as establish the principles of ijtihad. Fourth, if the Islamic state is not established, Shiite Marjaiat in Fatwa and Wilayah is the same for all mujtahids.
