Seminary in Kabul, Afghanistan, and Ms. Ruqayyah Merhel, the head of the youth department of Al-Ghadir Institute of Argentina, gave speeches in person and virtually.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\">Also, Dr. Roknabadi, advisor to the Deputy for International Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.)
