ABWA Official Website \u2013<\/strong> On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the ceremony commemorating the 40th<\/sup> day of Sayed Hassan Nasrallah\u2019s martyrdom, and the commemoration of the martyred leaders of the Resistance Front, entitled \u201cNasrallah\u2019s Beginning,\u201d was held by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the Holy Shrine of Imam Khomeini (r.a.), in cooperation with some international organizations and seminary institutions, participating enthusiastic young people, university students, and international cultural activists residing in Iran.<\/p>\n

In this ceremony, referring to the characteristics of Lebanese Hezbollah martyrs, Abdullah Safieddine, the movement\u2019s representative in Tehran, said, \u201cThese martyrs followed the teachings of martyr Sayed Muhammad Baqir Sadr; when at the beginning of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, he advised us \u201cto melt in Imam Khomeini (r.a.) as he melted in Islam.\u201d It means that you are obliged to obey your Wali-e Amr (guardian). These Lebanese martyrs were satisfied with the words they heard from the late Imam Khomeini (r.a.) and acted upon them. That sentence was: \u201cReturn to Lebanon and fight the Zionist enemy, and victory belongs to you\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe martyrs of Lebanese Hezbollah followed Imam Khomeini (r.a.) well and sacrificed everything they had to implement the late Imam\u2019s words regarding the fight against the Zionist enemy in Lebanon. Even though the conditions at that time were apparently not ready for the fulfillment of this word, those few people and the small group initiated the resistance, and God was also with them until the victory in 2000 was achieved; these fighters continued to follow and obey the Wali-e Amr of Muslims (guardian of the Muslim), Imam Khamenei,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are now at the same stage as we were before the victories in 2000 and 2006. We are committed to resistance, and it is our only option. No matter how much the number of martyrs increases, resistance is the only way to gain honor and dignity. Just as Martyr Sayed Hassan Nasrallah promised victory, your brothers on the frontlines herald a greater victory than past, and the coming days will prove that victory belongs to us. We are not afraid of the number and unity of the enemies. We are not afraid of anyone. Because our goal is to restore dignity and push back the arrogant from our land,\u201d added the representative of Lebanese Hezbollah in Tehran.<\/p>\n

Referring to the certainty of the victory of the Lebanese Islamic resistance, Safieddine stated, \u201cJust as we won before, we will win again, and just as we defeated the enemy before, we will defeat it this time. This time the defeat is not only for the Zionist enemy but also for the masters and mercenaries of the regime. We believe that no one can confront the Islamic resistance in Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq, and Yemen; no matter how many martyrs the resistance gives in this path, even if that martyr is the Secretary General of Lebanese Hezbollah.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cVictory is ahead of us and you. We all see this victory, honor, dignity, and annihilation of the Zionist regime as definite. The resistance of our nation in Lebanon and Gaza is a myth, which will be an example for future generations,\u201d he said in the end.<\/p>\n
