Iran considers the rule of law to be the right of all the people of the world and supports the struggle of the oppressed against the arrogant.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\">\u201cThe constitution has outlined duties for us that we must fulfill,\u201d he continued, \u201cOn the other hand, peaceful interactions should be used to achieve the right. This is where the diplomatic, formal, and informal talks arise. Sometimes legal methods do not work; therefore, hard methods are suggested. If legal talks and economic pressures do not work, coercive force will be used.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\">The head of the International Communications Department of the Supreme Leader\u2019s Office emphasized, \u201cCountries try to increase their deterrent power. Deterrence is defined both in the field of soft power and in the field of hard power. Countries try to increase their power, and increasing power means resistance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\">\u201cResistance is not only defined in the ranks of war but also includes all the steps to convince the other party to claim the rights. Of course, humiliating negotiation is off the table of resistance,\u201d he said about the types of resistance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\">Resistance is not only for Muslims, and others also resist to assert their rights.
