According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>The official and administrators of the Wiki Shia encyclopedia met the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWriting Wiki, is a skill and it is an essential need in today\u2019s cyberspace. Wiki Shia is an important tool for promoting the culture of AhlulBayt (a.s.). What is written in the Shiite wiki is up to date and this is the strength of the wiki articles. The wiki has a daily connection with the audience and this connection can be increased,\u201d stated Ayatollah \u201cReza Ramazani\u201d in this meeting, appreciating the efforts of the Wiki Shia encyclopedia collection and the efforts of Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar, the Deputy Secretary General.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThe policies of the Wiki Shia have been said to the Vice President of the Assembly for implementation. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the work of the Wiki Shia, a policy council should be formed,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cUpgrading the quality of Wiki Shia staffs and researchers is a priority. Also, the Wiki Shia must interact with institutions such as the al-Mustafa International University, and provide them with the results of their activities. Graduates of Al-Mustafa Society should learn wiki writing skills by holding training courses,\u201d added the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, pointing out that there should be more close communication and interaction between the scholars of the Wiki Shia and the forces of the Assembly.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cA full report should be provided on the reasons for the decrease and increase in visits to the Wiki Shia in order to plan to strengthen the strengths and compensate for the weaknesses. The good news is that reputable centers use Wiki Shia articles. This shows the knowledge authority of the Wiki Shia which should be strengthened and increased,\u201d he also stated.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIt is important to maintain and update articles. Therefore, it is necessary to spend money for this purpose. On the other hand, although we are facing financial problems, the budget of the Wiki Shia has increased for the next year, and this is a sign of the Assembly’s concern for this section,\u201d continued Ayatollah Ramazani, referring to the need to produce podcasts of Wiki Shia.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThe different parts of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly must have an international approach, and in this regard, we must use local staff. \u00a0The use of local staff avoids many problems of translation and comprehension. Because other languages have their own literature. The Assembly\u2019s translation section can also use Wiki Shia articles,\u201d he stressed, stating that attention to local language and literature is a priority.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIn Persian, articles may be required in detail, but not in other languages. In each language, the entries must be translated according to the needs and requirements of the audience of that language. Special attention should be paid to the Russian language in the Wiki Shia. Because the Russian language conditions are special and 400 million people in the world speak Russian. There is a readiness to conquer thoughts in this language and present the best idea,\u201d said the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n
