According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>During their visit to Iraq, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and the accompanying delegation, met Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Najafi, a Shiite Source of Emulation, in Najaf.<\/p>\n


\nWe are proud of Islamic Republic Iran\/ Iran calms our hearts\/ABWA is doing Jihad: Ayatollah Bashir Najafi<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this meeting, referring to the importance of guiding people to Islamic teachings, Grand Ayatollah Bashir Najafi said, \u201cThe Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) said to Imam Ali (a.s.), \u201cI swear by God, if God guides someone through you, it is better for you than anything on which the sun rises and sets (all creatures of God)\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGuiding a person is better for Ali than the whole world; Ali, whose sword\u2019s hit value was superior to the worship of all of God\u2019s creatures,\u201d he emphasized, considering the value of guiding others incalculable, using the above hadith and referring to the unique position of the addressee of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) in that hadith (that was Imam Ali (a.s.)).<\/p>\n

\u201cGod says about the Quran, \u201c\u0623\u064f\u0648\u062d\u0650\u064a\u064e \u0625\u0644\u064e\u064a\u064e\u0651 \u0647\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0642\u0631\u0622\u0646\u064f \u0644\u0650\u0623\u064f\u0646\u0630\u0650\u0631\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0628\u0650\u0647\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u0628\u064e\u0644\u064e\u063a\u201d (and this Quran has been revealed to me that I may warn thereby you and whomever it may reach.) Therefore, the guidance of the Qur’an is not limited to human beings. Rather, it is for all creatures that these teachings reach, and even the angels benefit from it,\u201d said the Shiite Source of Emulation, referring to verse 19 of Surah An\u2019am about the importance of promoting the teachings of the Holy Quran.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn addition to introducing the AhlulBayt (a.s.), introducing and teaching the rules of the Quran is also an excellent work,\u201d emphasized the professor of the higher levels of the seminary of Najaf Ashraf, referring to the activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in guiding the world\u2019s people to Shiite teachings.<\/p>\n

Considering the success of serving the Quran and AhlulBayt (a.s.) as a blessing, Ayatollah Bashir Najafi stated \u201cGod has given you this blessing. The success of these propagation activities is a blessing for you and us that we must use to pave the way for the emergence of Imam Mahdi (a.s.).\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou are fighting in the field of intellectual jihad and, thank God, you did not neglect your activities,\u201d he said, appreciating the activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are proud of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Islamic Republic and its leader have given honor and dignity to Islam, and they bring peace to our hearts,\u201d said the Source of Emulation living in Najaf in appreciation of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe success of the Assembly is also one of the blessings of the Islamic Republic. May God preserves the blessings of the Islamic Republic by spreading Islam and the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.),\u201d he continued, emphasizing that the Islamic Republic is like a head for Islam.<\/p>\n

\u201cSend my greetings to Ayatollah Khamenei,\u201d he said to Ayatollah Ramazani, \u201cYou are wearing the \u201ccrown of knowledge\u201d. You definitely know the price of such a crown, and God willing, thanks to that crown, you will succeed in your work.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the end of his speech, he prayed for the success of the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and his colleagues, \u201cMay God Almighty protect and approve you, and grant you a long life to promote the rules of the Quran and the affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.).\u201d<\/p>\n

\nAyatollah Ramazani\u2019s report on the activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the beginning of the meeting, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, \u201cThe Assembly\u2019s approach is to be a link and a bridge between the Marjaiat and the followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) in the world, and to convey the voice of the Marjaiat to the followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Assembly is associated with 144 countries and local missionaries in various countries. Local missionaries in the world play the role of explaining the culture of the AhlulBayt (a.s.). We take the views of the Marjaiat and convey them to the Shiites of the world. In 25 languages, ABNA News Agency publishes to the world the concerns of Marjaiat and the issues that are happening to Shiites around the world. For example, in the case of extremists and terrorists who beheaded Shiites in Pakistan, a good move to condemn and stop them was made by ABNA News Agency coverage, links to the Marjaiat, and the strike in some countries,\u201d stated Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, explaining the activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe establishment of a virtual encyclopedia of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) called \u201cWiki Shia\u201d is another activity of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly. In this virtual encyclopedia, 25,000 articles have been uploaded in 12 languages. At the International University of AhlulBayt (a.s.), students from different parts of the world are present and trained to be effective in their countries later. In the field of developing human resources training capacities, we intend to expand AhlulBayt (a.s.) University. Today, students from 12 countries study at this university. We are trying to expand its sphere of influence and attraction,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cThaqalayn satellite Television in Arabic has 18 million viewers, and we are looking to add Russian and Spanish languages to this Television,\u201d said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the Deputy for Cultural Affairs of the Assembly, we published 2500 books in 58 languages. Also, one of the valuable works of the Deputy for Cultural Affairs last year was holding the great conference of \u201cAbu Talib (a.s.); the Supporter of the Prophet (p.b.u.h)\u201d,\u201d he said, regarding the activities of the Deputy for Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe dynasties of the Umayyads and the Abbasids were hostile to Abu Talib (a.s.). This is while the role of Abu Talib (a.s.) in the mission of the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) and the realization of his ideals was prominent. Although Abd al-Muttalib had older sons, he made Abu Talib his successor, and the Muslims called the year he died \u201cAam al-Huzn\u201d (the year of grief),\u201d he stated regarding the status of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.).<\/p>\n

\u201cWe included all Sunni schools in this conference. Everyone came and defended Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.). Valuable work was done, including the submission of 600 articles to the conference secretariat, and the compilation of 30 volumes of books of the conference works, 18 of which have been published. We are trying to introduce the character of Abu Talib (a.s.) in schools and universities. There are scientific sources about Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), and the Deputy for Cultural Affairs of the Assembly has made a lot of efforts in this regard. Some Christians even submitted articles about Abu Talib to the secretariat of the conference,\u201d said Ayatollah Ramazani, explaining the activities of the Abu Talib (a.s.) International Conference.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will continue this work and introduce the influential figures of the Islamic world and those who were influential in the promotion of Islam,\u201d he said, describing the holding of the Abu Talib International Conference as valuable and outstanding.<\/p>\n

\u201cSome try to attribute the violence to Shiites and Islam. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the AhlulBayt (a.s.) in such a way as to be a model for humanity,\u201d said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in another part of his speech.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday, more than ever, humanity is thirsty for the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.). Therefore, this year we will work extensively in cyberspace so that in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, we can do more propagation in cyberspace than before,\u201d he added, pointing out that the Assembly seeks to revive the teachings of AhlulBayt (a.s.) according to the hadith of Imam Reza (a.s.).<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the West, they try to prevent the Holy Quran from being on the agenda as a book for man and the law. Therefore, we must introduce the Quran in such a way that it is a model for Muslims today as it was in the past. The real interpreters of the Quran are Infallible Imams (a.s.),\u201d Ayatollah Ramazani also stated.<\/p>\n

The Supreme Leader of the Revolution was told that if you support and spend in a field, it will be good to introduce you as a Source of Emulation. He replied, \u201cI do not give a single Quran as a gift for this\u201d. he was told, \u201cThis is good for the Islamic Republic of Iran\u201d. He replied his previous answer again. He was told, \u201cThis action can be very effective in spreading the culture of Shiites and AhlulBayt (a.s.)\u201d. He finally replied, \u201cIf this is the case, I will take any action\u201d. Therefore, the Islamic Revolution of Iran is to spread the culture of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) in the world. So, it is our duty to spread the culture of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) correctly in the world. Today is the best time to do this. Because human beings are ready in every way to accept the culture of the AhlulBayt (a.s.),\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow in the West, young people are disillusioned with material culture and are looking for someone who can introduce them to meaning and the world in order to find their identity. In the West and Islamic countries, young people have lost their identity. Some even believe that some clinics should be established for introducing identity for the people. Therefore, in such an atmosphere, our role as followers of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) can be effective,\u201d, said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the end.<\/p>\n
