According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>In a decree, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani Hojat al-Islam appointed Dr. Mahdi Farmanian as the head of the Deputy for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and appreciated the services of Hojat al-Islam Ahmad Ahmadi Tabar, the former head of the Deputy office.<\/p>\n

In the ceremony of honoring and introducing the Deputies for the Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, which was held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Qom, congratulating on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Lady Zainab (a.s.), on her characteristics, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani said, \u201cLady Zainab (a.s.) is one of the figures that we should not study superficially, but we should study carefully and deeply about the comprehensiveness of her personality.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a Muslim woman, Lady Zainab (a.s.) was comprehensive and complete in both individual and social dimensions. The personal and social perfections of Lady Zainab (a.s.) are great, and the existence of many titles in the hadiths for her indicates her special spiritual status,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Lady Zainab (a.s.) is a role model in all respects<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly also said, \u201cFor the men and women of the society, and for those who want to play an influential role in the society, Lady Zainab (a.s.) is an example.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLady Zainab\u2019s (a.s.) journeys were purposeful. She emigrated from Medina to Kufa during the caliphate of her father, Imam Ali (a.s.). During the Imamate of her brother Imam Hassan (a.s.), she returned to Medina after the bitter incident of peace with Muawiyah. After the death of Muawiyah and the beginning of the eternal movement of Imam Hussein (a.s.), she traveled with her brother\u2019s caravan from Medina to Mecca, then from Mecca to Kufa and Karbala, and finally succeeded in fulfilling her great mission. Lady Zainab (a.s.) was a purposeful traveler. We hope that all Muslims will emulate the behavior of this Velayat-oriented figure in their lives,\u201d he stated, regarding the journeys of Lady Zainab (a.s.).<\/p>\n

While congratulating the nurses on the occasion of Nurses\u2019 Day, he also appreciated the efforts of those who struggle to maintain the health of the society.<\/p>\n

Activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the new phase\/ The Assembly is on the path of promotion and change<\/strong><\/p>\n

Explaining the activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Ayatollah Ramazani said, \u201cThe Assembly is on the path of promotion and change. Of course, we are far from the desired development. But the first steps have been taken to achieve the goals.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDespite the problems that existed, the preachers affiliated to the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly have been organized. Activities must be completed,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cMany activities have been done in software and hardware dimensions in the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University. The university has been upgraded by increasing fields of studies from 9 to 15. Also, different nationalities and students has been increased. There are also 4 doctoral programs at this university. PhD students will be enrolled in these fields in the next semester,\u201d said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, regarding the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University.<\/p>\n

\u201cThaqalayn TV has moved towards an attractive and audience-friendly approach and no longer has merely lectures. This TV is production-oriented today and has entered the sectors of women, family, children, adolescents, etc. Also, by attracting elites and specialists, Thaqalayn TV produces programs on topics of lifestyle, cyberspace, and animation with a focus on Quranic stories,\u201d he said, referring to the activities of Thaqalayn satellite TV.<\/p>\n

\u201cABNA News Agency can be one of the unique news agencies for the followers of AhlulBayt (a.s.). I hope that with the formation of the Policy Council for ABNA News Agency, valuable works will be done, and it will be on the path of change,\u201d stated Ayatollah Ramazani on ABNA News Agency.<\/p>\n

\u201cFinancial transparency has been emphasized and we have made transparency the principle in various sectors of the economic department. Debts have dropped to zero, and the people in charge of economics are experts,\u201d he added, referring to financial transparency as one of the important points of the recent phase.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe staff of the International Affairs Office are all experts, have a global understanding, and often have a doctorate or master\u2019s degree. In this section, we emphasized that trainings should be provided. The international sector is on the path of improvement, and we hope it will be on the path of change. Our discourse has been change based on the criteria of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader,\u201d stated the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly on the activities of the Deputy Office for International Affairs of the Assembly.<\/p>\n

Imam Khomeini (r.a.) sought for change<\/strong><\/p>\n

The most important change approach of Imam Khomeini was the Islamic Revolution of Iran. He outlined a plan for Islamic rule. In the statement of the Second Phase of the Revolution, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution also has seven recommendations for the realization of Islamic civilization that must be carefully studied. The seventh article of this statement is very important on the subject of \u201cIranian-Islamic lifestyle\u201d, and the teachings of the Quran and the AhlulBayt (a.s.) as a rich source can be used for this purpose,\u201d he stated, adding that Imam Khomeini (r.a.) sought for change.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the field of technology, we must work and be active a lot, and cyberspace, which has been emphasized by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, must be taken seriously. Cyberspace is a boundless and huge space, and we must use it in various fields, such as education and so on,\u201d Ayatollah Ramazani said, referring to the Assembly\u2019s use of new technologies.<\/p>\n

Regarding the activities of the Deputy Office for Scientific and Cultural Affairs, he said, \u201cThis office is intellectually organized. However, in order to achieve the necessary growth, facilities are needed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar had sincere and diligent efforts<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly added, \u201cIn the Deputy Office for Scientific and Cultural Affairs, the dear brother, Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar, was sincere and diligent in his efforts, and did his best sincerely. I thank him for his efforts, and I ask God for his success.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDue to his familiarity with the activities of the Assembly in various sections, we will use him in the consulting section,\u201d he said, referring to the appointment of Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar as his senior advisor.<\/p>\n

\u201cHojat al-Islam Ahmadi was kindly and generously accepted that in the current situation, a more operational person should be in charge to get things done in the executive branch. Various options were proposed, and we were looking for someone to be the manager and has a plan, program, and initiative. After much research, we came to Hojat al-Islam Dr. Farmanian. Dr. Farmanian knows the Assembly and is familiar with its problems. He has been in charge of Deputy Office for International Affairs, Wiki Shia, and the Director General of Studies and Research Department of the Assembly,\u201d Ayatollah Ramazani said.<\/p>\n

\u201cDr. Farmanian will be at the assembly in the mornings. There should be a serious interaction between the deputies with purity and sincerity. It is also essential that all members of the Assembly take serious care of their mission and duties,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are important capacities in the Deputy Office for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the assembly. Any research project of the Assembly should be done in this office. Cognition, understanding and synergy can pave the way for change. Our discourse is change and everyone must move in this direction,\u201d said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the end.<\/p>\n

I took all my measures based on studies and research<\/strong>: Ahmadi Tabar<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the continuation of this meeting, Hojat al-Islam Ahmad Ahmadi Tabar stated, \u201cOne of the best things that a believer can do is to serve the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.). A hadith states, \u201cPeace be upon the one who moves to revive our commands\u201d. I thank God for giving me the success to work in this field.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a great felicity for me to serve the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.) in the Assembly. In the Assembly, with the help of friends, I am satisfied with everything I did, and I took all my measures based on studies and research,\u201d added the former Deputy for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe took measures in the assembly that should have been taken from the first day the Assembly launched. We identified and trained people to work in different countries so that they could know the system of their problems and perform appropriate activities in the region they are going to. Their connections with their areas of activity have been updated in such a way that they can express the issues of their regions instantly,\u201d Ahmadi Tabar said, regarding his activities in the as the Deputy for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

\u201cMany meetings were held for the method of disseminating the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), many studies were conducted, and good results and solutions were found for the method and formats of expressing the topics,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cDr. Farmanian is familiar with the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and has been in charge of various departments in the Assembly. He should pay special attention to the things that the followers of AhlulBayt (a.s.) are waiting for in order to solve problems,\u201d Ahmadi Tabar said, while wishing success to Dr. Farmanian.<\/p>\n

By cooperation and empathy, things will move forward<\/strong><\/p>\n

Further in the meeting, Hojat al-Islam Dr. Mahdi Farmanian stated, \u201cI appreciate the Secretary-General for trusting me. I hope to fully implement the Secretary-General\u2019s strategies during my tenure.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the cooperation and empathy of the Assembly colleagues in Qom and Tehran, things will definitely progress properly,\u201d added the Deputy for the Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

\u201cSome of good characteristics of Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar are his special attention to the Beit al-Mal, exemplary humility, respect for friends and colleagues, extensive knowledge and information, and good ethics and interaction with employees. In many of the programs he has started, I will continue his path,\u201d said Farmanian, while appreciating the efforts of Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will have close relations and cooperation with the Deputy Office for International Affairs of the Assembly. Cooperation will also be expanded with ABNA News Agency, Thaqalayn TV, AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University, and the Ashura International Foundation,\u201d he stated, while emphasizing the jihadi and unceasing activities of the members of the Assembly.<\/p>\n
