According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>The one-day pre-conference entitled \u201cA Study of the Anti-Arrogance Positions of the Clergy and the Islamic Resistance in the Movement of Mirza Kuchak Khan Jangali\u201d was held on Thursday, December 16, 2021, in the hall of the Dar al-Walaya Complex in Qom.<\/p>\n

In this conference, the messages of Ayatollah Noori Hamedani, Ayatollah Mahfouzi and Ayatollah Khaefi were read. In the session also Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Deputy Director of the Islamic Development Organization, and seven representatives of resistance movements and Islamic organizations from Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, Bahrain, Nigeria, Algeria, and Argentina delivered their speeches.<\/p>\n

Mirza Kuchak Khan was aware of the affairs of his time and had religious understanding and concern: Ayatollah Ramazani<\/strong><\/p>\n

As one of the speakers at the conference, referring to the character of Mirza Kuchak Khan, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, \u201cThis figure was a nobleman of resistance, and had many characteristics, including religious understanding and concern.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was a virtuous cleric, who was aware of the affairs of his time, had a religious understanding and concern, and Islam was very important to him. He had political insight, and this insight is very important for a religious scholar,\u201d Ayatollah Ramazani added.<\/p>\n

Describing Mirza Kuchak Khan to have a jihadi spirit, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, stated \u201cHe maintained this spirit until his death and resisted the foreigners. Mirza Kuchak Khan pursued the ideal of an Islamic state and rejected nationalist sentiment and thinking.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cUnfortunately, we see some incorrect historiographies about Mirza Kuchak Khan Jangali, and some interpretations have been used about him which have caused improper judgments about Mirza. It is meanwhile that Professor Christine says that Mirza is not only a hero in history, but also a role model, and played an important role in his time,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

It should be mentioned that the Thursday, December 2, 2021,<\/strong> coincided with the 100th anniversary of the martyrdom of Hojat al-Islam Mirza Younes Ostadsarai, known as Mirza Kuchak Khan Jangali. On this occasion, various conferences and ceremonies have been held in Gilan province and other provinces of Iran.<\/p>\n

The \u201cInternational Conference: A Study of the Anti-Arrogance positions of the Clergy and the Islamic Resistance in the Movement of Mirza Kuchak Khan Jangali\u201d<\/strong>, will be held next year. A one-day pre-conference entitled \u201cA Study of the Anti-Arrogance Positions of the Clergy and the Islamic Resistance in the Movement of Mirza Kuchak Khan Jangali\u201d will also be held in Qom, with the cooperation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and Islamic Development Organization<\/strong>.
