According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>On Sunday, June 19, 2022, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Alireza Tekiyei, the head of the Iran\u2019s Itikaf headquarters and the accompanying delegation, met with Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the conference hall of the Assembly.<\/p>\n

In this meeting, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, \u201cItikaf is one of the important spiritual assets of the country, which was revived after the victory of the Islamic Revolution.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although the country\u2019s Itikaf headquarters has a single management in terms of structure and organization, different organizations and institutions of the country must cooperate so that this ceremony can be held in the best way. The signing of a memorandum of understanding between various domestic and foreign institutions creates a suitable basis for achieving this goal,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cApart from the members whose names are mentioned in the strategic document of the country\u2019s Itikaf headquarters, the institution needs a comprehensive board of trustees,\u201d continued Ayatollah Ramazani, stressing the necessity of identifying the institutions cooperating with the Itikaf headquarters.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe central headquarters of the country\u2019s Itikaf should develop its area of \u200b\u200bcoordination and hold joint meetings with foreign institutions. Synergy and cooperation with all involved centers will be effective in the order of the activities and will prevent executive problems,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor Itikaf, we will do whatever we can. It is necessary to specify the duties and tasks of the institutions in the cooperation,\u201d added the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cIn the West, there are four thousand false and fake spiritualities that promote submissive spirituality. These spiritualities are passive in the face of oppression and tyranny. But Islamic spirituality is responsible and anti-oppression, and we need to pay more attention to this precious treasure,\u201d he said, referring to the world tendency towards spirituality.<\/p>\n

Mentioning the capacity of holding regional meetings about Itikaf, Ayatollah Ramazani stated, \u201cRegarding this issue, the officials of the country\u2019s Itikaf central headquarters should hold meetings with the officials of the Department for the International Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe need to peruse the spiritual movement. Spiritual health is an important issue, and we must propagate about the effect of chastity and hijab on spiritual and social health. It is necessary to explain this issue to women in the society that chastity and hijab are for their benefit,\u201d he emphasized.<\/p>\n

While referring to the sacrifice of the Holy Shrines defenders, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, \u201cThe commanders who defend the shrine are our most proud commanders. To encourage Lebanese fighters against Takfiri terrorists, Sayed Hassan Nasrallah once said, \u201cThe captivity is enough for Lady Zainab (a.s.) (during the events of Ashura). We will not allow this lady to be captured again. Unless the enemies pass over our dead bodies.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the beginning of this meeting, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Alireza Tekiyei, the head of the Iran\u2019s Itikaf headquarters, presented a report on the activities of the country\u2019s Itikaf Headquarters to the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.<\/p>\n

Among the points mentioned by Hojat al-Islam Tekiyei are announcing the invitation to hold the Itikaf conference, enlightenment on the scientific achievements, preparing a strategic document for Itikaf, preparing a ten-year work vision document, forming strategic council on Itikaf in the provinces, the need for cooperation and spiritual support from the country\u2019s Itikaf headquarters, the need to update the memorandum of understanding between the AhlulBayt (a.s.)
