According these two decrees, Mr. Abdulreza Rashed was appointed as the Deputy for \u201cInternational Affairs\u201d and Mr. Sayed Mostafa Qazavi as the Deputy for \u201cDevelopment of Management and Resources\u201d of the AhlulBayt (a.s.)
