People expect clerics to be spiritual,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, \u201cIn the history of Islam, clerics have always faced oppression in some way. Ulama are the divine guardians of religion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cExcept for a small number, the clerics are from the lower economic strata of the society,\u201d he added, \u201cClerics must update themselves so that they can be effective in society.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, \u201cThe enemies are waiting for a cleric to say something wrong so that they can magnify and exaggerate it in their media. Today, we need ethical clerics to be with the people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cTo make progress, society must benefit from Islam, and understand it thoroughly and deeply,\u201d Ayatollah Ramazani said, \u201cUlama have an educational and moral role. Being a teacher is one of the positions of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), a mission that was entrusted to the ulama after him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cUlama are the divine guardians of Islam. People observe their conduct because they have accepted ulama as their role models,\u201d added a member of the Council of Leadership Experts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe enemy\u2019s plan is to divide the people and the clerics. The Clerics should listen and tell the problems of youth and people,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe are indebted to Imam Khomeini (r.a.) for establishing the Islamic Republic. Today, we have a heavy duty to explain the achievements of the Islamic Revolution.
