{"id":59742,"date":"2023-07-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T20:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahlulbaytworldassembly.org\/news\/closeness-friendship-with-god-ahlulbayt-a-s-purify-mans-soul-ayatollah-ramazani\/"},"modified":"2026-02-16T16:26:18","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T12:56:18","slug":"closeness-friendship-with-god-ahlulbayt-a-s-purify-mans-soul-ayatollah-ramazani","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahlulbaytworldassembly.org\/en\/news\/closeness-friendship-with-god-ahlulbayt-a-s-purify-mans-soul-ayatollah-ramazani\/","title":{"rendered":"Closeness, friendship with God, AhlulBayt (a.s.) purify man\u2019s soul: Ayatollah Ramazani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"><strong>According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>On Monday, July 24, 2023, during the mourning ceremony of the sixth day of Muharram at the holy shrine of Lady Fatima Ukhra (a.s.), Rasht, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani said, \u201cAhlulBayt (a.s.) are close to God, and we should resort to them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">Pointing out that \u201cman should connect with those who are close to God in order to attain purity and divine knowledge,\u201d the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts stated, \u201cCloseness and friendship with God and AhlulBayt (a.s.) purify man\u2019s soul.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cHonesty is one of the main characteristics of AhlulBayt (a.s.), and its use is very important in human life and journey,\u201d he mentioned.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">Referring to the two principles of Wilayah and Disavowal in Ziyarat Ashura, Ayatollah Ramazani added, \u201cIf a person observes these two principles, he will be friend with the friends of AhlulBayt (a.s.) and enemy with their enemies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cCherishing and respecting Immaculate Imams (a.s.) increases human dignity,\u201d he emphasized.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">Referring to the main duties of man towards Imam Mahdi (a.s.), the representative of the people of Gilan stated, \u201cKnowing, loving, and obeying are among our main duties towards Imam Mahdi (a.s.).\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cAdherence to Islam requires knowledge and belief,\u201d he added, \u201cBy participating in religious sessions, we should ask AhlulBayt (a.s.) to give us complete knowledge of Islam, and we should also learn it from them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cSpiritual sustenances are of great value,\u201d Ayatollah Ramazani stated, \u201cWorship, being with the ulama, praying, knowing the saints, and reciting the Quran, are among the spiritual sustenances that God gives to humans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\u201cSome people\u2019s religiosity and friendship towards God and AhlulBayt (a.s.) has become conditional and verbal.
