According to the Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly News Portal: <\/strong>In a statement issued following the recent Zionist regime’s attacks on Iranian territory, Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Abolhassan Nawab, founder of the University of Religions and Denominations, condemned the aggression as a terrorist act that threatens not only the region but global peace and stability.<\/p>\n

The statement emphasized that responding to such attacks is the undeniable right of any nation seeking to defend its independence and territorial integrity.<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce again, in the darkness of night, the bloodthirsty agents of the Zionist regime have attacked the sacred soil of the Islamic Republic of Iran,\u201d the statement reads. \u201cWith their hands stained by the blood of innocent children, women, scientists, and commanders, they have committed a new human catastrophe.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nawab asserted that these terrorist actions blatantly violate humanitarian principles and pose a grave threat to peace in the Middle East and beyond. He warned that terrorism as a political tool only escalates global tensions and undermines all prospects for diplomacy and peaceful resolution.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs long as the regime occupying Jerusalem views murder, terror, and the violation of sovereign nations as its means of survival, there will be no space for dialogue, peace, or coexistence,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The cleric also challenged the silence and inaction of international institutions, calling it a shameful failure to uphold human rights. He stressed that the recent attacks serve as yet another test for the global community to stand against inhumane acts and to preserve the final flickers of hope in international human rights systems.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe brutal crimes in Gaza and the continued impunity of this regime have cast doubt on the credibility of human rights bodies,\u201d he said. \u201cIt is time for decisive and deterrent action, not silence or complicity.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nawab affirmed Iran\u2019s right to defend itself and warned that the Zionist regime and its supporters must understand that aggression will be met with \u201cdecisive and courageous responses\u201d from the Islamic Republic.<\/p>\n
