Secretary General of Ahlulbayt (AS) World Assembly commemorates Sacred Defense Week (+Photos)

According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: On the occasion of the Sacred Defense Week, Ayatollah “Reza Ramazani” hosted one of the commanders of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In this meeting, which was held on Sunday, Ayatollah Ramazani congratulated the Sacred Defense Week to Brigadier General “Jalali Nasab”, the Deputy Chief of Intelligence of the Army of the Islamic Republic.

He also commemorated the late Imam Khomeini (RA) and the martyrs of the revolution and war, emphasizing the continuation of their bright path.

Brigadier General “Jalali Nasab” also thanked the Secretary General of the Ahlulbayt (AS) World Assembly and made some remarks regarding the current situation in the region.

The Sacred Defense Week begins on Shahrivar 31 in the Iranian calendar (September 22 this year), which is the day Iraq invaded Iran and began the imposed war on the country in 1980.
