The closing ceremony of the “International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)” was held on Thursday evening, March 11, 2021, at the Imam Khomeini School in Qom. On this day, after three years of activity, this important scientific and cultural event ends its work in a three-day conference, by presenting dozens of books and articles, translating dozens of valuable works, and holding 42 scientific pre-sessions, several art events, and cultural festivals, and holding sessions for five specialized committees.

The closing ceremony of the “International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)” was held on Thursday evening, March 11, 2021, at the Imam Khomeini School in Qom. On the third day of the International Conference “Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), the Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)”, the specialized session of “Abu Talib (a.s.) from the Perspective of International Scholars” was held on Thursday morning, March 11, 2021, in Qom. Due to the conditions of Covid-19, the session was held in the presence of a limited number of scholars, professors and media representatives in the Quds Hall of the Imam Khomeini Higher Education Complex, but was broadcast live on satellite and Internet networks.

The session of the “History and Life” Committee, one of the specialized committees of the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), the Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h), was held on Tuesday evening, March 9, 2021, at the Imam Khomeini School in Qom. The chairman of the committee was Ayatollah Muhammad Hadi Yusofi Gharavi, the judge was Hojat al-Islam Muhammad Reza Motahhari, and its secretary was Hojat al-Islam Abbas Jafari Farahani. In the session Ms. Maryam Kiyani presented an article entitled: “A study on the character of Aqeel Ibn Abi Talib in historical sources”, and Hojat al-Islam Ali Anjum Shoaa, presented an article entitled: “Hazrat Abu Talib in prayer and Ziarat”.

The 3rd meeting of the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.), the Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h), entitled the Committee of Poetry and Literature was held on Tuesday evening, March 9, 2021, in Shahid Sadr Hall in Imam Khomeini Higher Education Complex. The chairman of the committee was Ayatollah Mohammad Saeed Nomani, the judge was Dr. Baqer Ghorbani Zarrin, a member of the faculty of Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch, and its secretary was Hojat al-Islam Valiullah Madanipour. In the meeting, Ahmad Bararian presented an article entitled “Citations to the Lamia Ode of Abu Talib in Arabic Literature”, and “Hossein Mohtadi” presented an article entitled “Study of the praises for Prophet in the divan (book of poems) of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.)”.
