Introduction to the publications of the International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s): 5. 1st vol. of collection of Arabic articles
After three years of academic, literary, promotional and cultural activities, the “International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)” was held in March 2021 by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly with the cooperation of similar institutions. Among the academic activities of the conference have been “revival, research, correction and translation of magnificent academic works about the literary heritage of Abu Talib (a.s.)” and also “publication of a series of booklets on the position of Abu Talib (a.s.) from the perspective of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) from Shiite and Sunni sources”.

On the occasion of the “International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)”, an exhibition of art works has been held for the conference. The exhibition is located in the “Passage of Culture” located in Shohada (Safaieh) Street, Qom, and started on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, on the anniversary of the demise of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.) and still continues.

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Abu Talib is one of the oppressed figures of the beginning of Islam and he must be known accurately. There is no one more oppressed than him at the time of the Be’that.”

On the sidelines of the “International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)”, in the Imam Khomeini Higher Education Complex in Qom, an exhibition of the art works of this conference, including calligraphy and paintings, was held.

The closing ceremony of the “International Conference of Hazrat Abu Talib (a.s.); Supporter of the Great Prophet (p.b.u.h)” was held on Thursday evening, March 11, 2021, at the Imam Khomeini School in Qom. On this day, after three years of activity, this important scientific and cultural event ends its work in a three-day conference, by presenting dozens of books and articles, translating dozens of valuable works, and holding 42 scientific pre-sessions, several art events, and cultural festivals, and holding sessions for five specialized committees.
