During his visit to Lebanon, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, visited the research organization “Center of Civilization for the Development of Islamic Thought”. On the sidelines of the visit, the officials of the Assembly and the directors of the Center negotiated the signing of bilateral memoranda of understanding. Most of the activities of the Center of Civilization for the Development of Islamic Thought are in the field of research, compilation, and publication of scientific books on important religious, political, and social issues of the Islamic world. The center also participates in various exhibitions and conferences around the world, and prominent universities in Arab, European and American countries are among the buyers of its products. In addition to being scientific and up to date, the center’s works are characterized by an approach of approximation between Islamic denominations, and it does not stir up divisive issues.
