According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: During his visit to Lebanon, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, met with Hojat al-Islam Sheikh Hassan Abdullah, the representative of the Amal Movement in the city of Tyre. In this meeting, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Allameh Sharaf al-Din and Imam Musa Sadr were the pioneers of the unity movement. The presence of Imam Musa Sadr in the churches paved the way for interfaith dialogue.” The representative of the Amal Movement in the city of Tyre also said, “We hope to cooperate with the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the publishing and cultural affair, and to use the publications of the Assembly in this region.”

According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: During his visit to Lebanon, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly paid tribute to the tomb of Martyr Ragheb Harb, Sheikh of the Martyrs of the Islamic Resistance in the town of Jebchit in southern Lebanon. Hojat al-Islam Sheikh Ragheb Harb was one of the leaders of Lebanese Hezbollah. On the night of Friday, February 16, 1984, while he was on his way home after prayers and speeches at the Jebchit Mosque, he was ambushed by Zionist soldiers, and was riddled with bullet and martyred.

According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: During their visit to Lebanon, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and the accompanying delegation visited the historic Baalbek Fortress. The ancient fortress in the east of Lebanon, located in the Beqaa Valley, is one of the rarest historical monuments in the world. The fortress was actually a city with Phoenician historical roots that found an important place during the Roman rule and became a place of worship for the ancient Roman goddesses. Remains of the three temples of Jupiter, Venus and Bacchus surviving from the first century AD, form the collection of antiquities of the castle of Baalbek. During the 250 years of construction of these multiple temples, and the transfer of huge stones from several hundred kilometers to Baalbek, tens of thousands of oppressed slaves were killed.

According to the AhlulBayt World Assembly News Portal: During his visit to Lebanon, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, visited went on pilgrimage of Sayedeh Khuleh, the daughter of Imam Hussain (a.s.). During the pilgrimage, he met Sayed Yasser Mousavi, the son of Hojat al-Islam martyr Sayed Abbas Mousavi, the former secretary-general of Lebanese Hezbollah, and then visited the tomb of this martyr. The shrine of Sayedeh Khuleh, a shrine in the south of Baalbek, is attributed to Khuleh, the daughter of Imam Hussain (a.s.). According to the people of Baalbek, one of the daughters of Imam Hussain (a.s.) named Kheleh was buried in this place when the caravan of Karbala prisoners passed through this area. Sayed Abbas Mousavi was the second secretary-general of Lebanese Hezbollah, who was elected secretary-general of Hezbollah in 1991. He was assassinated in an Israeli helicopter attack on his car on February 16, 1992.
Liberal Islam, extremist Islam, both harmful: Ayatollah Ramazani
The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Like the two edges of a sword, liberal Islam and extremist Islam, destroy the teachings and concepts of pure Muhammadan Islam.”
