According to the Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly News Portal: The mourning ceremony was held on the morning of the eighth of Muharram, with a speech by Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Experts of the Leader, at the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Fatima Okhra (the sister of the Imam), in Rasht.
