Grand Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Taqi al-Modarresi stated, “With the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, women got a special status to participate in social arenas. More attention should be paid to women’s society. Also, women’s seminaries should be strengthened.”

According to the Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly News Portal: During his visit to Karbala, Iraq, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, met with Grand Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Taqi al-Modarresi. This meeting was also attended by Ayatollah Dorri-Najafabadi, Vice Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and a group of managers of the Assembly, as well as a number of Iraqi Shiite figures. /345/
