Dear Hojat al-Islam Sayed Munzer al-Hakim
Peace (Salam) be upon you
The demise of the respected lady, Hajiya Khanum Tabatabai-Shuar, your honorable wife, caused regret and sorrow.
I offer my condolences to you and your dear children for the loss of this faithful and righteous lady, and I ask God for forgiveness and great mercy for the deceased, and patience, and reward for you and the other bereaved family members.
